Discovery Gateway

My kind friend and neighbor who works at Discovery Gateway let Satomi & Skyler in to Discovery Gateway. They had Sesame Street section that teaches kids about body parts and what it does. It was pretty educational and entertaining. We truly enjoyed it, Thank you, Tara!. We can't wait to go Sesame Place in May! (at the end of visit, Skyler found Dino pupet. He was very very satisfied! 隣に住んでるTaraがDiscovery Gatewayで働いているので無料で見学してきました。セサミストリートが大好きなSkyはもう興奮するどころかひたすら遊んでました。5月にSesame Place　に行くのが楽しみ！

Good Helper

Skyler likes to help Satomi. When she forgets to put laundry away, he reminds her in a very cute way. He was actually surprised the fact that he could climbed in the basket. 朝洗濯物をたたんでるのを彼なりに手伝ってます？！

Family Time

These are taken after church. We are so busy especially on Sunday. It is priceless moments when we can all be together. 教会から帰宅後のひと時。日曜日は忙しくめったに家族で団欒することないのでこれは貴重な場面です。

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year, everyone! We received a Christmas package from Satomi's sister's family, Naomi, Tadashi, Yui, and Minori. (We call it as "Christmas & New Year pkg, since New year is big in Japan :P). Skyler loved his house Jacket. We didn't take much picture this month because Skyler was taking time recovering from his cold. 明けました！おめでとうございます！今月聡美の姉家族（ありがとう！！）から荷物が届きました。Skylerはちゃんちゃんこが大好きで寒い日は毎日着てます。今月は彼の風邪を治すのに時間がかかり、あまり写真撮りませんでした。

Christmas!

Amazingly, we had all of Biggs family gathered at the same time this year's Christmas! This is Skyler's 2nd time to have his US'cousins all together. Skyler really liked to give hugs and kisses to his cousins and chase after Alexus. Although he got a cold & high fever on Christmas day, we had a good Christmas as a family. 今年のクリスマスは大雪の中、ビグズ家全員そろいました。Skylerはいとこと追いかけっこを楽しみました。その後、風邪を引いて大熱だったけれど、家族でゆっくりした年末でした。

Treehouse Museum

We went to Treehouse Museum located right across from LDS Ogden Temple. They had exhibit about Japan's populer art (Manga and Anime). Satomi was excited to show Rob and Skyler what she had watched or done as she grew up. It was really neat because throughout the museum, it's ok to touch everything and anything! We all loved it; it was one of the few places on earth truly created for younger children. They also had a lot of books at the each sections/theme so that we could read about them.

Lights at Temple Square

We went to Temple Square to see Christmas Lights with Elders Quorum activity. It was snowing outside and was really cold. It was way passed Skyler's bed time so at the end he was grumpy and tired. We gave him cheerios to keep him occupied after he ate a huge dinner. His favorite was listen the music at the nativity and be able to walk around in his new snow boots. We wished to have more pictures but didn't have enough batteries left (Satomi forgot to charge it after she used at YW mutual nights). Yet we enjoyed the peaceful feeling we felt at the temple. With busy holidays season, we are glad to have an opportunity to reflect the true meaning of Christmas.
